Spring Salon

Overview

A private view exhibition of vibrant new works by some of Australia’s most exciting Aboriginal artists. Our recent northern trips have included to the Top End regions of Daly River, Peppimenarti, Wadeye, the Tiwi Islands and Yirrkala as well as to Darwin, Alice Springs and other areas.

In all places we were delighted to bring back for showing a great number of wonderfully fresh and innovative works by Indigenous artists ranging from the very young to first time award winners and dynamic new works by established artists.

Illustrated lecture and book signing by art historian, Monash research fellow, art historian and amateur naturalist Dr Janine Burke on her latest book – Nest: the art of birds.
