I don't own nor have permission to use any traditional Aboriginal patterns or shapes. I can use patterns that are inherently mine. Underneath the finger and palm prints is a intaglio viscosity print of a rusted steel plate. This technique means the different depth of rust pitting can be printed with different colours. This allows play with a textured surface and the layers within.
