Fade into Another, 2023
Neil Williams’ practice has developed over the last 30 years. Initially taught as a sculptor, but since immigrating to Australia has focussed on painting and printmaking. Early works exploring identity and sense of place through his iconic bovine artworks, concurrently the landscape has always been an underlying interest, the romantic ideal of rural living and the notion of simpler times.
