This painting depicts a Brolga on the Fox River. It is on the Duncan Highway south east of Halls Creek. Fox River is connected to the Elvire River and Johnson River. This picture about the lonely brolga that used to live on the Fox River. Whenever Janet and her family went to Fox River she would always see the Brolga search the river bed looking for a friend or his partner.
