'When robins appear, loved ones are near', it's believed that the robin is a messenger and that a lost loved one came to visit. It sits on the tree outside and sings to us, like a little angel spirit. When it comes to visit, I know our ancestors and old people are with us, looking after us, singing to us from above. It brings me comfort that our loved ones are at peace. The background of my artwork represents the beautiful plains, rocks and hills on my family's country- Texas Downs.'
