Barb wire has been a tool of dispossession and invasion. Called devilrope by first nations in USA. It is used to divide our country up into land and possession. Let’s contain sheep till the soil is compacted. The growing things are nibbled flat, stopping the flow of life across country, destroy the orchid grounds. This is a response to that colonial behaviour. If you give us barb wire in the places where we raise our children then we will make tough, strong flowers and be here long after you have gone.
