Hard-hooved ruminants were part of the invasion force of British Empire. They change the surface of the landscape, removing soil structure, crops and deliberate managed balance of a Place-scape. Country is deeper thans landscape. My upbringing and dominant cultural viewpoint limits access to Country's connection.
